The Premier Inn is a good value hotel and there are none nearer. When you first enter the reception desk is to your right - you will need to register and they will take your picture and print an access card which you will need to enter the different rooms. After you get your card they will swipe at reception desk and you can they swipe yourself in everytime you visit. head up the stairs when in front of you and go to the glass window at the top of the stairs and purchase your printer credits - they are really cheap £2 for 5 credits (they come on a disposal card) - this allows you to print A4 or A3 and is 1 credit per page regardless of size. buy as many as you need as this will save you from losing your place at the printer. walk along the gangway to the reading room - swipe your card to get access - when you enter head to your right and go to the back of the room - they microfiche machines with printers and at the end of the desks (2 of them). get your notepad etc unpacked at one the go to the information desk and they will help you find the film and show you how to use the machine. you insert the printer credits card into the reader at the side of the printer - when you find the page you are looking for - use the film reader to zoom to fit the page within the boundary boxes and focus the image as best you can and push the print button. you should be able to fly directly into Belfast City aiport (flyBe) which is the closest or belfast international airport - where are you coming from?? if the international there is a bus into Belfast city centre and you could then walk to PRONI (about 20mins) or get a taxi which shouldnt be too expensive. if flying into the city airport - then a taxi to the hotel will probably be the best. really easy to use. if you need anything further, please let me know.
