Hi all I found these Irish passengers who arrived in America in the early 1800's. It is from the book " Names of Irish Passengers to America" by O'Laughlin. >From the Archives of the Irish Genealogical Foundation. There are more names....most listed as "Ireland" but these stated "Co Tyrone" as their home.Their are quite a few men who did NOT make it to the ships destination because a British ship stopped them and took the "young" men as "recruits". This was VERY common back then. So if you wonder why a male relative did NOT arrive with his family...it is very possible that THIS happened to him.
