Hi Carol, I forwarded your message to some Thompson relations of mine who live locally and am attaching their reply below. I hope it helps. I checked the records and these people are from an area called Trillick in Co Tyrone. They are no relations of mine. Trillick is a small community of around 300 persons and my suggestion would be that records of the family would be held in the Church of Ireland Trillick or the Church of Ireland Tamlaght. There is a record of a George Thompson working in Main Street Trillick in 1910. Since the church records are not on the internet, that I'm aware of, direct communication is the only method. As I say, I hope it helps.
