These can be searched for, purchased and downloaded on-line through "Documentsonline". See further at http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/documentsonline I have "pulled" a list for the 111 catalogue entries for Pennsylvania and Philadelphia. They range from the 1690's to the 1850's.
