I am trying to find information about my family that goes back to northern Ireland, but we have very little information. The last name is McKeever, and according to some notes my grandmother wrote," they came from Northern Ireland, Ballymockeever near Durgiven (Dungiven?) Hillfort Farm in Derry (Londonderry?). The farm is near the River Roe and at the base of Mt. Benbroddaugh. " The name I am looking for is James McKeever, born about 1817 and his wife, Ellen Catharine born 1819. They immigrated to Canada and that is as far as I can go. Any help on how to connect back into Ireland would be wonderful! Thank you so much for your help and time. Becky Harms
