    1. Re: [CoTyIre] Lily Mc Dougall
    2. I suggest getting the death certificate - a family member may have been the one informing the Registrar of the death & would be noted. The cert will also give the address or townland for the decedent & the informant. 1901 Census Index Co. Tyrone (Largy Books, 1995). Even without the death certificate placename, you can check Linda Meehan's alphabetical index which will give you some of the key details from the census as well as the LDS microfilm number & a reference to the individual enumeration form. Perhaps you'll find her parents & siblings. Good luck. -Clare L. -----Original Message----- From: Norah Glaus <norahglaus@optusnet.com.au> To: cotyroneireland <cotyroneireland@rootsweb.com> Sent: Wed, 8 Apr 2009 08:14:05 +0800 Subject: [CoTyIre] Lily Mc Dougall I'm trying to piece together the Mc Dougall family from Omagh and Strabane in the late 1800 early 1900 era. Amongst them in a Lily Mc Dougall who died on the 8th November 1900. LDS Pilot gives her approx. age at death as 30 years so she must have been born around 1870, but I've been unable to find her birth following various searches. I would also like to find out the names of her parents, would be grateful for any suggestions. regards Norah ------------- Our community web-site: http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~cotyroneireland ------------------------------- To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to COTYRONEIRELAND-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message
