Hello All, I have come to a complete dead end in my search for Tipperary Davis family research. Of the 15 Protestant families listed on the 1766 Religious Census as living in Mealiffe/Thurles Parish, 2 are Davis'. A James Davis, with 9 family members and a John Davis, with 5 family members. Any help with search areas that may reveal how they came to reside in Mealiffe and from where they originated, would greatly be appreciated. I believe I can then confirm them to be ancestors to my Davis family living in Templemore/Killea area in 1790's-1845. Thanks Thomas Davis
