    3. What about the actual naturalization document that the index card is for. If I could view that or get a copy that would help a lot. Any suggestions. I have a ships manifest that almost matches that index card info. It sailed from Derry and arrived in Philadelphia in May 1867 and the Owen McBride on the manifest was 17 at the time. That is why I want to concentrate on the naturalization document. 3. Carmen, The NARA office in Boston will have a copy of your record. It will only be $7.50 for a copy because you have the volume and page number. I email my data to them, when it's found I call in credit card info. or you can send it snail mail with the check. They are a very helpful bunch. There should be 2 witnesses on the naturalization sometimes with addresses, it will lead to more clues or questions! If you are really lucky it will name the village he was from, most of mine named the County of origin. All my naturalizations were in MA and I have found the data on them to be very helpful in my quest to make connections. 3. Thanks Helen. My request is on the way. One other question. I have a similar index card for Jeremiah Reardon from Co. Tipperary. However, the title and location of the court is shown as Common Pleas, Prov. (Providence, R.I.). Should I send my request to Providence or would those records be in Boston?
