Tipperary and temporarily [we hope] closed: "The Cashel Palace Hotel, which in its time has been visited by Ronald Reagan, Jackie Kennedy and Liz Taylor, has been placed on the market for a guide price of €2.25 million. The architectural masterpiece was first built for an archbishop in 1730 and started trading as a hotel in the 1960s. 3. A great pity. In a drunken state one night many years ago, I found the visitor's book and signed it. Someone transcribed the names and put them on a board in the bar, which is why, amongst the other famous names there, can be seen Peter Langley!! -----Original Message----- From: cotipperary-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:cotipperary-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of Janet Crawford via Sent: 30 May 2015 17:01 To: cotipperary@rootsweb.com Subject: [COTIPPERARY] Off-Topic - a place our ancestors would have knownalmost 300 years ago In the heart of Cashel, Co. 3. Some things were meant to be, Peter. I cannot say I knew Reagan or Taylor or Jackie Kennedy; I can tell all that I know you!
