Thank you Ed Madden for your ENGLAND/BANNON tips. Here is a tip for you (I think I shared this with you a few years ago). A Judy MADDEN was a baptismal sponsor for Catherine ENGLAND in 1846 in Oldcastle, Bourney Parish. The other sponsor was Michael SHEEDY. There is also an Edward MADDEN residing on Lot 4, Corriga, noted in the House and Field Books. I have been very interested for some time in the Rody ENGLAND residing in Corriga as per Griffith's but have been unable to find him listed in any other documents. I wonder if this Rody is the Rodolphus ENGLAND listed with Joseph and Ellen ENGLAND on the Tithe Defaulter's List for Corriga. I believe my Catherine (BANNON) ENGLAND, widow, was a tenant on the lot adjoining Rody's in Corriga. This info came from the House and Field books. Catherine also owned land in Bonagortbaun. She does not appear in Griffith's because she moved to England with her 3 daughters after Benjamin ENGLAND'S death and before Griffith's was published. I will investigate the other tips you sent. Thanks again.
