Hello All, any suggestions regarding the following? Several times I have seen (Dub) or (Dubious) after the given name on a child's birth record and the father's name is followed by what appears to be (Stranger). Sometimes mentioned is the fact that the child is illegitimate. Could this be a child born as the result of an assault? Also this 'cum mullis allies' was written on one record - couldn't find anything online to explain it either. Many thanks.
