Hello group, This is a long shot but I figured I would try. William Lonergan had a son named James with Brigid Hamahan on June 5, 1853 which was 3 days before my ancestor, James Gorman, had a son with Mary Dee names William. James & Mary moved to RI, USA and had another son in 1855 with William Lonergan listed as the godfather. I am trying to figure out how they came over from County Tipperary. Specifically, Gammond & Kilcash RC Parish. Thank you, Jim Gorman
