That's a good assumption. The "Standish" O'Grady's - Standish harks back to Faith Standish who married an O'Grady in the 1600's, and the name has been carried forward for the given name of the first born son in that line for a few hundred years now. I'll bet there is a "Granley" woman who married a Kennedy a while back. Anybody know?
