Good afternoon Listers I need guidance...... I have been trying to find out about a Catherine Hogan but I seem to be spinning my wheels! If all I know is an approx DOB and Tipperary how do I find out where in Tipperary she was born so I can then find out more information on her? I feel like I have no idea where to start looking. Any advice will be appreciated even if you feel it is very basic I would still love to hear it.
