    3. I have come across the death of Thomas Winsloe article previously and am happy to see it again as I had misplaced it. Someone wondered if it was a misprint. It clearly is not, as the date of death and age would certainly put him in the time frame to have ridden with Cromwell in the 1640's. Whether the article is true or not (after all, there were more 100 year olds getting married than Willard Scott's birthday greetings) who can say? Certainly there was no one around who could remember that he WASN'T 146 years old. Very strange, and all the more strange that the original article didn't seem to make a big deal about it, and clearly identified him as one of Cromwell's officers. Anybody research this guy further?
