They allow you to search and then give you minimal information and it costs ten euros to see the record. Now, if you are looking for a Ryan in County Tipperary, there may be a number of Patrick Ryans born the same year, but you have to look at each one to see if his parents are the ones you are searching. To me, it is a big rip off.
