To those researching ROE. In a recent discussion with a 3rd cousin, she mentioned that the Landholder where her ancestors lived at the time of the 1901 Census was W. L. Roe, Surg. Genl. The location of the property was Loran, Bourney East, Roscrea, Tipperary (North Riding).
