Ann, I can't seem to be able to download it now either from the normal way, but can in a roundabout way. When you load the Ask about Ireland site, type Sheehan into the search box. Click on the second line on the left hand side, Sheehan:Nenagh and its neighbourhood, then click on the blue line over the cover of the book and it should download for you. As for the rest of the site I don't use it much, only for books and Griffiths. But if I do use it, I load the site, type into the search box and click on articles.
