    3. Hello Clare, I thankyou for your help again. A very interesting and terrible story about Toomevara. I am glad to have an small insight of how things were for the people. Alice married in Victoria Australia in1852, that would be the reason for her leaving her homeland. Clare, do you know of shipping of the young to other countries because of this? (as in "Donegal Relief Fund") I wonder what end came to her parents. Her father was a farmer. Are you aware of records of the temporary workhouse at Toomevara? It really helps to know about their life. Thankyou so much Clare, I appreciate this web address.
