Thanks for that. I believe this is William Costello, m. Margaret Murphy in Ireland. I did not know about Anne. Other children include: James, b. 1836; Elizabeth, b. 1844 and William Murphy, b. 1854, d. 1928. Settled in the Renfrew-Brudenell, ON area. His granddaughter married into my McNamara-O'Neill family. Hi again - I didn't word that well, there are other RC Costello in Renfrew but not in the records I can access - the 1881 LDS has Costello people at Brudenell & Lynedock Tsp in Renfrew South - these may be William b 1807 family as on his death cert the informant 'Ann' was from Brudenell.
