I'm researching my g grandfather/mother: William and Mildred Costly (Costley?) Dougherty of Iowa. Had at least on son: William Thomas Dougherty, m. Marie Pauline Newstrom. Migrated to California via Colorado and Washington. I'd appreciated any information on the above. Thanks!
