Seeking info on PHILO COSTLEY. Was in Covington PA area in early 1900's. I know he had 3 children. My grandfather Myron and another son and a daughter named Hazel. On Myrons Application for Sos.Sec. card he listed father as PHILO COSTLEY and mother as SARAH PIERCE.. Have only been able to find PHILO listed in one area he was the second husband of Mary Allen Burke who was born in NY state,can find nothing on him but that. My mother (Myron's) daughter did not even know that Philo was her grandfather until he passed away in the 1930's or early 40's. He was referred to in Covington as 'CRAZY OLD PHILO' and was the village eccentric. any info would be greatly appreciated. thanks nanny111138@aol.com
