I know they are my grandfathers parents according to his application for social security card. I can find no information on either of them. It was not a close family as my mother did not know philo was her grandfather until after he dies in the late30's early40's. She told me that everytone in town called him CRAZY OLD PHILO. any info appreciated thanks.
