Some years ago, I heard that the subject burial ground was to be converted to condos. There was a local attempt to stop this to protect bird habitat. Personally, I am interested in a headstone there and what happened to it. Does anyone know if this burial ground is still standing? If it is, can a person get into it? When I was there in, maybe 2002, I went to a car dealership to get a key but in 2004, I was unable to get in. Also, I have been trying to get in touch with Jim Edwards in Launceston. We corresponded and we met on my 2004 trip to Launceston, but we have lost contact. In part, this is because I had a big computer crash and lost all of my emails.
