    3. I think they are on the 1870 U.S. census in Pennsylvania: https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/MZP8-GTS   Original image: https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.3.1/TH-266-11783-147275-34?cc=1438024&wc=1590063   Joseph is aged 29 in 1870 and has a brother aged 23 living with them.   There is a John Broad born Pelynt, aged 10 living with parents John Broad and Mary Ann and with a brother James aged 4 (among others) on the 1851 census.  In 1861 he is a carter living with John Ashton, farmer, and family at Porth, St Blazey (see Freecen)   There is a marriage of a Frances J Broad aged 44 to Simon Phillips at Juniata, Pennsylvania 21 Jun 1886.  The document says Frances's husband died about 8 years previously. https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.3.1/TH-1951-21124-16138-43?cc=1589502&wc=MMY5-QCH:n478226192   Regards,   Joy ________________________________ From: John Griffiths <[email protected]> To: [email protected]  Sent: Thursday, 31 January 2013, 6:39 Subject: [CORNISH-GEN] BROAD FAMILY Hi listers, I’m wondering if anyone would have any info on Joseph BROAD he married Frances Jane PRYNN, all I can find is they had a son Joseph Thomas BROAD born on 1 Jan 1867 and baptised at St Andrews Tywardreath on 24 Feb 1867.
