Sometimes it is just a matter of their computer seeing your computer as not being in UK. There is an app that will cause their computer to see your computer as being in UK. This is a free Google app, which may be installed in Google Chrome and/or FireFox web browser. I have used it successfully in both browsers. The name of the app is HOLA.
