If you fill in the image number in the box (as opposed to clicking on the forward arrow) then press "return" it will take you to a specific image. I appreciate you may not know the one you want but if you select a random number it is fairly easy to pin point where you need to be. I don't use the arrow button at all, just the above method by putting the image number in the box.
