How does one enter the pilot search. Every time I try to search, when I open there is a name "Florence Reams" already there, this is a name I have never searched for and don't know where it comes from. If I delete it and try and enter a search request it tells me there are too many results to show. This occurs when I know full well there is only one result for that search.
