Hi Jack, You may want to take a look at Carnarthen Moor - it's a current place, about 3 miles from Illogan itself. http://maps.google.ca/maps?hl=en&tab=wl People in the 1841 census listed as living at Carnarthen Moor were enumerated right after those at Tregajorran, which is on the Google map above about 3/4 of a mile from Carnarthen Moor. Google map lists both places as in Carn Brae, Redruth.
