I am trying to find the parents of two children who are living in Penzance Cornwall in 1891. Rosina Sampson was born in Michigan in 1875 and appears as a step sister to William Henry White born in Negaunee,Michigan in 1884. His father was William Thomas White and presumably he married Rosina's widowed mother. By the 1891 census he is a widower, maybe the death of his wife decided him to return to Cornwall. Whether the Sampsons were also Cornish, I don't know. Any clues will be much appreciated. Thank you, Molly Smith.
