Good morning everyone This morning i received an email from a distant relative in Cornwall to say that she had received Glenda's email of apology and also my initial complaint.. I'm not sure if Jane Rodda is on the List or not as we mainly correspond through Facebook or direct email. Glad to hear it is being looked into. Pity these smart people don't use their expertise in more useful ways. Cheers Pat
