Hi Joy I asked for your help with Family Search back in April and although you gave me advice nothing worked. In frustration I gave up and went on holiday. I have come back to the battle and after trying all sorts of ideas my husband suggested it was Internet Explorer. I have version 10 and he has version 8. I tried his computer and it worked but still not on my version 10 on my computer - it just locks up and doesn't even give me the same screen. Next we installed Firefox and halelujah! it is working! I must apologise for not thanking you before but I am sure you will appreciate the frustration. Anyway thanks, and if anyone else asks for advice you will know what may be the problem.
