Dear All Greetings from Sunny Hamilton New Zealand temps over the last few days have been 25 or 26 C. The Cornish Splits We have a very easyshort cut here: 4 cups SR flour 1 300ml bottle of cream (ours is, I think ,called by you o/s people double cream) 1 can of lemonade Mix all .the mix is a very wet one shape in to squares place on floured tray bake @ 210 C until coooked Spilt by hand add beryy jam a dollop of cream and enjoy Mary from Downunder
This sounds like heresy, but I've got to try it. The canned lemonade must be the magic ingredient, but what the purists will say, I shudder to think!!!!
