At St. Ives, Miss Susan Ann PAUL, aged 18 years. . At St. Ives, on the 28th ult., Mr. Richard PAYNE, aged 75 years. Mr. PAYNE in early life followed the hazardous and humble calling of a fisherman. At about the age of thirty he was received into the employ of the Messrs. BOLITHO, whom he served faithfully for a period exceeding forty years; and in 1836, when their bank was established at St. Ives, he was deputed manager, and filled that situation with great ability. It may be truly affirmed of Mr. PAYNE that he was an honourable and upright man, and one held in great esteem..
