Hi everyone - Just heard a radio advert which said folks can access " try.ancestry.com " this weekend for free. As they're based in the U.S., it should extend into Tuesday for folks in Aus., N.Z., and elsewhere. Hi Carolyn - Just got home and found your message. I gave it a try, and found that there's no period after "try", but it takes you to the 1940 census index only. Drat it all!
