I have no evidence of the following information which was garnered from websites and/or publications by others, but here is what I have on my Cormiers: Robert Cormier, b.1610 in Rochelle, Aunis-France, d.12 Feb 1712 in Port Royal NS. He married Marie Péraud. They had a son: Thomas Charles Cormier, b.abt 1636, d.between 1686-1690 in Beaubassin. He married Madeleine Girouard and they had two children, Francois and my ancestor: Pierre Cormier 1682-1830 m.Catherine Le Blanc. Their daughter Marie Francois Cormier married Pierre Bourgeois in Beaubassin and ended up in Louisianna. I am in their 9th generation of descendents. Debra Claussen Lawson, Missouri
