Please can anyone answer a question for me? The 1900 and 1910 census for Rio Grande County shows 9-pct. Can you tell me what twp that would have been? On the census reports for the area in the years 1900 and 1910 for the showing name of the head of household, state, county, under the location is shown to be 9-PCT. I am searching for the town and/or city this location designation covered in said period.
