If the abstracts are merely genealogical data then anyone can use it--it can't be copyrighted. If Debbie does have permission to use/post *copyrighted* material, then that permission extends only to Debbie. It doesn't give others the right to use the same copyrighted material from Debbie's website just because SHE had permission to use it.
