Just a thought here... In all that has been said, and I may have missed this, but no one seems to have mentioned the simple thing ... DID she SIGN her name on the application for a copyright? If not, how is her name included in the copyright? All books I have copyrighted, required my signature on the application to enable me to get the copyright ...even forgot to sign one, one time, and it was returned to me for my signature.
