Joe Joe- Yes--if this was a work for hire then any copyright--if one is applicable, would belong to the company who hired the presenter to prepare and give the lecture--BUT--the recording could still be copyrighted by the company doing the recording. I'd think there would still need to be a fixed tangible record of the presentation (other than the film/audio recording) for there to be any copyright to anyone else. Joan
