The family or surname is Stearns (Also spelled Sterns, Sterne, Stearnes) The name of my Gr Gr Grandfather was Summit George Stearns although he interchanged the middle and first name. He was born in March 1840, Summit County, Akron, Ohio to Elijah and Eliza Stearns. I believe he died July 6, 1880 in Pueblo, Co. Do you think you have information on this individual?
