He was born in 1863 and died before 1942. His brother Luther Willis was fire chief in Pueblo as was Charles. When Luther died in 1942, it listed Charles as already deceased. Charles' wife was Lavinia (Loop) Willis also known as Vinnie. She died May 27, 1952. When we were in Pueblo in July, I did not find anything on either Charles nor Lavinia as far as his death date or burial. thanks in advance for any help. BJ
