Nadine, The Colorado State Hospital is still here, now known as the Colorado Mental Health Institute at Pueblo, 1600 W. 24th Street, Pueblo, CO 81003. Main phone number is 719-546-4000. I am not sure about the records, but they could tell you what they have. Joan
