Sacred Heart Orphanage was on the south side of Pueblo and run by the Sisters of Charity. It was fairly large and had a football field where local Catholic schools 7th & 8th grade football "league" games were played every week. The orphanage was not near Sacred Heart Cathedral in Pueblo (which was on the north side of town,) but a totally separate physical location. I don't know if the Cathedral had any connection to the orphanage. I don't remember anything that makes me the two were connected. It was taken about 1924-1929. Does anyone know anything about the orphange? I have written to a few places with no success. My grandfather, Albert Bartholemew Weber, worked on the Railroad in Pueblo and apparently died there in the early 1900's. Thnak you for any leads.
