Special to The Times PUEBLO, JAN 6.-- About 9 o'clock last Saturday evening Carson Parker was found sitting in his chair dead. A pipe which he had been smoking had fallen to the floor and he appeared to have fallen asleep. It is thought death was caused by a stroke of paralysis. Carson Parker has for the past year had been writing the editorials in the Evening Press. He was a native of North Carolina, a graduate from the University of Virginia and a scholar of considerable learning, particularly in languages. For many years he was a minister of the gospel. His wife and daughter reside at the family homestead in Huntington, Ind.
