She is listed in her father's (Robert Rutherford Coulter 1854-1937), brothers' (William 1906-1933 and Fred 1905-1981) and step-mother's obituaries as living in Pueblo, CO. One referred to her as Mrs. Burton W McCord. Another one referred to a grand daughter, Dorothy Colby of Pueblo, CO. I assume that Dorothy is Vashti's daughter. I am estimating that she was born in the late 1880's or 1890's. This is all that I have and am hoping that someone can help.
