I am looking for information on a Mrs. Neil Donald McMillin who lived in Prowers County in 1976. Her first name may have been Nell. She is listed as a niece in the obituary of Edith Allen who died August 2, 1976. Any leads will be appreciated. I have seen only one message on the Prowers List. I wonder how many of us on it?
