His name was Thomas Henry Copeland. I also remember hearing him called Thomas Richard Copeland. My mom told me his middle name was Henry, so that is what I am concentrating on. I know that he was born in Port Arthur, Texas somtime in the mid 1920's. I also know of two sons he had. The name of the oldest son is Mike. Not sure on the other son's name. My mom's name is Lila Lee, born in Mobile, Alabama dec 17, 1957. Shortly after my mom was born Thomas and my grandmother split. I know that he spent his life working on shrimp boats in the gulf and died in Pensacola, Florida sometime around 1997 or 1998. Any help with adding more to this link in my genealogy would a tremendous help to me. His son Mike will not cooperate with my efforts at all and the other sone died in a shipping accident in the 80's. My mom didn't know much about her dad, other than his name. Thanks again.
