My great, great, great grandparents were William and Mary Copeland. They supposedly had my great grandfather, Henry Leroy Copeland in 1841 in Ark. siblings are listed below on census info. I found a William Copeland on the Ark. agriculture report but not sure its him. I dont think the census info is correct about Ark. being the place of birth. Henry Leroy Copeland's first wife was Sarah F. Eubanks and when she died, he remarried Martha Jane "Mattie" Eubanks. I will list census info on them too. Some Eubanks connections were made but not direct ones. Help please..:)) census info: Story in our family goes: Henry C. came back from the war and couldnt find his family, so he went to Alabama.. I just wonder what happened to all of them..I wonder if i will ever know..Ive got the family documented from HenryC. on down and even his marriage into the Eubanks family, but before then is like running into a brick wall..I'll list the census info in case you or someone else has heard of any of his siblings..There wasnt a "henry" shortage in the Copelands, thats for sure.. haha..hundreds of 'em.. census info: This one is the one that helped us discover Henry C's parents. Copeland wife July 1852 47 AL SC GA md 21 yrs; 6 children/ 5 living Frany dau June 1883 17 AL Lillie dau May 1885 15 AL Pellie dau Dec 1887 12 AL Joe son Dec 1894 6 AL 1910 Dallas co AL 5-WD Selma pg 175 (index shows name as Maria J) Martha J.
