I was interested in the list of your families containing both a Copeland and a Moore. My brick wall is the Moore. My Grandmother, Mary Laura Goings 1870-1906, married Stephen Wright Copeland 1894-1910. Mary Laura's mother was Caroline Moore b abt 1841 d 1910 in Camden Co. Ga. Caroline Married Joseph Goings, Sr. I cannot find the parents of Caroline Moore but believe her mother was half-Indian. Her father may have been a James or an Arthur as both are found in the Camden County area around the time. Like you said, it doesn't hurt to ask. Thanks a bunch. Betty
